how we work with you
Client, this is Wordswell. Wordswell, meet Client. Go make it happen.
Step 1
A client and Wordswell, usually through a casual meeting, will develop mutual interest and trust. Wordswell learns about the client and their project. The client learns about what Wordswell does and how they do it. The burgeoning partnership will lead to…
Step 2
The client will meet with both Wordswell principals for a Story Board Session. The goal of this meeting is to develop your strategy for message creation. We ask a lot of questions. We figure out who you are and where you want to go. Then we start to connect the dots.
It is a process of analysis and planning. Our clients can expect to always have the best of what Wordswell has to offer: our full knowledge base, our incessant research, our experience, our pre- and post-meeting thought time, and our deft questions.
Our clients pay for our ideas and our partnership in achieving their goals. Typical meetings last between two and four hours, but we can really dig in beyond that if we need to. If we haven’t earned our keep over this time, you don’t pay.
Step 3
So we’ve figured out the plan and next steps for your project. Now we put them into action. There are multiple ways for this to happen:
- Option A: The client executes the plan alone. You have the ideas, the strategy, and an outline of the tools you need. Go make it happen. If you need our help, we’re here.
- Option B: The client hires Wordswell to execute the plan. In this scenario, Wordswell acts as Creative Director and Project Manager on your behalf. We’ve entered the world of deliverables. Everything is priced to spec.
- Option C: Wordswell acts as your message creation and creative consultant. You can have a Brand with a capital B and we help you make it happen. Option C is where Wordswell becomes your business partner for a monthly fee. Every year this fee is adjusted according to your success and based on benchmarks outlined in our agreement.
In the end we hope that both client and Wordswell say, “Isn’t this a great relationship!” All the while, we continue to innovate and improve your message. And we watch the results flow.
